Sap(Dm)no Ke Jaisa Ha(G)sin
Ek Sa(Am)maa…

Jo (G)Tum Ho Toh, Yeh (Dm)Lagta Hai,
Ke (F)Mil Gayi, (Dm)Har Khushi…
Jo (G)Tum Na Ho, Yeh (Dm)Lagta Hai,
Ke (F)Har Khushi, Me (Dm)Hai Kami…

(G)Tum Ko Hai Maangati…
Ye Jinda(C)giiii (Am) iiiii (Dm) iiii…(C)

(C)Woh ho… (C)Woh ho… (Am)Woh ho ho… ho ho…

Tum Ho (C)Toh… Raahein Bhi (Am)Hai,
Tum Na(Dm)hi… Toh Raste Ka(G)ha…
Tum Ho (C)Toh… Yahaan Sab Hi (Am)Hai,

I guess you should swap the chords Bm and G....In the song, the sequence is D G Bm and A.

during the bridge, "sa[G]naata sunaee nahin deta
aur [Bm]hawaein", i guess it is C and Em ... instead of G and Bm

Vijeeth shetty said...

Hey Nobs,

Yes, after all the feedback, i do believe that the progression will be D G Bm A... and the bridge also goes well with C Em

I shall change the chords soon.

Hey i think the 'Tum ho toh' chords r wrong...
They go like this..

First pluck the chords at the start and later strum the chords. Pattern is D-| -D| DUDU |

Tum Ho(C) Toh..Gaata (C)Hai Dil,
Tum Na(Dm)hi..Toh geet ka(G)ha..
Tum Ho(C)Toh...hai sab haa(C)sil,
Tum na(Dm)hi...to kya hai ya(G)ha...

(Bb)Tum ho toh(Am) hai,
Sap(Bm)no ke jaisa ha(Em)sin(F) sa(C)maa...

Jo(G) tum ho toh, yeh(E)lagta hai,
Ke(Am)mil gayi, (F)har khushi....
Jo(G) tum na ho, ye(E)lagta hai,
Ke(Am)har khushi, me (F)hai kami...

(G)Tum ko hai manga(G)ti...
Ye jinda(C)giiiii..(Am)iiii.. (F)iiii...(C)

(G)Woh ho.....(A#)Woh ho....(C)Wo ho ho ho ho...... 2Times..
Same for the second verse.. For ne prblem contact sushantpatilster@gmail.com

Heey people dnt be stupid

ON guitar or Keyboard nyywhere u play this the chord progession is

D,Bm,G,A NOT D,G,Bm,A

Because wen u play a D chord hu hold a F# note and that F# note is then held back and a Bm chord is played.

The Change from D-G is weird especially when you need to play the Bm chord back.

So the chord Progession is Correct both while playin and in theory

Think about it and Try it & btw im only 15

the strumming pattern is only donwards...

Great Job, you Guys!!
The chords fr Socha Hai are easy and fun to play!

chords are wrong man...
you better go for some music classes...
the verse of song goes like this
D G Bm A

Anonymous said...

Hi Guys, this is with reference to the comments of chord progression issue above. For any song, the chords depend on the melody line of the song. It is not necessary that the chord progression has to be a standard common progression I-vi-IV-V (D-Bm-G-A), it also depends on the composer's wish. In the soch hai song, the melody line goes in this manner: D A D A D A D E F# D D B D B D B C# D D B A....etc... (I would have uploaded an image of sheet music with proper notations but can't do it because I dont know how to upload it here :-( please bear with the alphabetic notations). The D and B notes are the common notes of G as well as the Bm chords so both the chords sound appropriate in that part of the song and hence the progression. If the composer wants to highlight the F# note in the above melodic pattern, the Bm chord has to be used. But ultimately, it's the composers decision and will as to how he wants the harmony to sound.
