Pearl Jam - I am Mine Guitar Chords, Tabs, Lyrics, Meanings
I dont know what on earth took me so long to post Pearl Jam songs here, and i really feel ashamed for this. Anyways, its better late than never. So, let me the start this blog's Pearl Jam story with "I am mine".. One of my all-time pearl jam favorites
I am mine, the song is about me, you and everybody. The title of the song tells you what the song could be all about, Its all about yourself.
You are who you make yourself, no-one can make you be something you are not... nothing is certain in life except birth and death, it's what you choose to do, makes you who you are...
The only thing we ever own completely is ourselves, everything else is temporary, hence the lines "I only own my mind" and "I only know my mind", No-one can control what you feel, or what to think.
The line "We're all different behind the eyes, there's no need to hide" says don't be ashamed of who you are, everyone is different, no-one is better... or rather we are not good or bad, we are different, just different.
My favourite line from the song is "I know I was born and I know that I'll die, The in between is mine, I am mine".. I often use it as my display message on messengers and my email signatures.
The chords for this song are pretty easy, but i could not figure out the intro as yet, i swear i will post it once i get it, till then enjoy Pearl jam - I am mine Guitar chords

Vijeeth,
I admire greatly what you are doing here to help learning guitar players.
I have a guitar chords and lyrics site: PJs Guitar Chords and Lyrics where I also attempt to provide playable versions of popular songs, to help the learning guitar player by giving them songs they can play at the early learning stages, which can help them overcome the early frustrations of sore fingers, clunky strings etc.
I would have no problem with you using any of my interpretations, but would obviously prefer if you would include a link back to my site if you do - it's at http://www.iol.ie/~murphypj/
Delighted to have found your blog, and keep up the great work!!

Proud of an Indian. You are the best of both worlds.
Thanks from all of the overseas Indians to tell them the meaning of western music. Specially who came from small villages.
