The title of this song "What's up" is not in the lyrics. The Chorus says "What's going on", but as "What's going on" was also the title of a 1971 Marvin Gaye R&B Classic, they always called this song "Whats up"

I dont know what on earth took me so long to post Pearl Jam songs here, and i really feel ashamed for this. Anyways, its better late than never. So, let me the start this blog's Pearl Jam story with "I am mine".. One of my all-time pearl jam favorites

I am mine, the song is about me, you and everybody. The title of the song tells you what the song could be all about, Its all about yourself.

You are who you make yourself, no-one can make you be something you are not... nothing is certain in life except birth and death, it's what you choose to do, makes you who you are...

The only thing we ever own completely is ourselves, everything else is temporary, hence the lines "I only own my mind" and "I only know my mind", No-one can control what you feel, or what to think.

The line "We're all different behind the eyes, there's no need to hide" says don't be ashamed of who you are, everyone is different, no-one is better... or rather we are not good or bad, we are different, just different.

I have been dying to post this song ever since I heard it for the first time… A R Rehman (god) strikes once again with Jaane tu ya jaane na… a fresh album, which will leave you mesmerized.

Kahin toh..What a beautiful song this piece is, Sung by Rashid ali, the same guy who sang “Kabhi kabhi aditi”…. This song blends really well with the situation in the movie and means a lot… I play this song atleast 100 times a day, I am not exaggerating on this. Beautiful lyrics, and great meaning.. I simply love this one.

I loved the movie, reminded me of all those kidaas and mastis we did in college. I could also relate to the movie in someway, and felt really nice about it. Ok ok, let me not get emotional and all....

Well, it took me a while to figure out the guitar chords and scale for this song… But with some research on the internet, I did a fair job I believe.. the original scale is in F, but it also sounds really good with A.

Wohh... One of my friend is obsessed with this song, i love it too.. I heard this song on radio years back and decided to download it.. Its a fundoo song you bet... Nice guitars and a very good rock feel... Most importantly the song uses the "F" word quite often and that goes really well with the song, trust me it does...

The song is very self-explanatory actually, the video of this song is a must watch , Its a story about guys meeting girl and falling in love, and then realizing the girls actually hate them.. the song explains those "really short" relationships in the song... I found it a bit funny the first time i heard it, but i started loving it eventually... I am sure this song would give a high to any guy whos broken up with any girl and most importantly if the girl has dumped him... Anyways, lets not touch those emotions for now and enjoy the song here

Pehli Nazar mein... I fell in love with song the first time i heard it on TV. Aatif has done a brilliant job with his vocals here. Though, the song is a total lift from a Korean song, I would still give credit to Pritam for identifying the song and giving us a hindi version of it in the movie Race.

The song sounds really good to the ears with good use of guitars. Pritam has always been using a lot guitars in his songs, Probably that's one of the reason why he's become so popular in such a short time. Aatif, as always has been way too good with his vocal talent. Maybe more and more bollywood music directors should make use of him.
